terms and conditions or any activity related to your account
(including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other
person accessing the site using your Internet account.
INFORMATION SECURITY
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission
by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts
information you provide to us for purchasing of our products
or services. The entire credit card number is transmitted to
the appropriate credit card company during order processing
and so it is important for you to protect against unauthorized
access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign
off when finished using a shared computer by clicking the "log
off" link located in the side menu.
THIRD PARTY DISCLOSURE
ZphonestandTM uses third party
service providers such as credit card processors and delivery
companies to assist us in fulfilling your order. These companies
use your information to authorize payment and to deliver your
order to you. Otherwise, we do not sell, rent, share, or transfer
your personal information to third parties. The information
you give us is confidential, and will not be sold or given to
any individual or company
or organization.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided
"as is". Limited manufacturer warranties apply to
products that protect against defects in the original material
or workmanship. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the
defect was caused by customer abuse, negligence,
or mishandling
and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection
and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. To the
fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, ZphonestandTM

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

or the performance of the products, even if ZphonestandTM
has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
SALES TAX
Orders shipped to an address inside the State of California
will be charged 8.75% sales tax.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship using USPS, UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day, and UPS Overnight
options.
- If you order more than one item and one
or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s)
will be shipped per our
normal processing time. Your backordered
item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge
when they become available.
- Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and
refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned
to shipper" will be charged for actual shipping fees.
- Undeliverable packages which require reshipment
at the customer's request are subject to a reshipment charge
equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal
of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the
part of the customer. Should we be unable to reach the customer
for resolution, a 20% restock charge will be applied and store
refund will be issued for the balance.
Shipping and handling
is non-refundable.
